I graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Bournemouth and Poole College then trained at the Royal Automobile Club in London. Later, I worked as a Sous Chef at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Hampshire, before taking over there as Head Chef. I?ve also cooked at a wide range of establishments including Russell?s Restaurant on Broadway, the Red Lion Hotel in Salisbury and The Boars Head at Darwen, Lancashire. I'm here because I want to train to be a Chef and I like food. I like all the cooking aspects and I want to go and work in the industry and then hopefully own my own restaurant. I would recommend the course because it's a fun, busy course.
