The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) was created by the Housing (Scotland) Act with the objective of safeguarding and promoting the interests of current and future tenants, homeless people and other people who use the services provided by social landlords. This course gives social landlords and their tenants an overview of the new regulatory framework for social housing in Scotland.
