Congratulations to Calderdale College Rugby League Academy player Joshua Baldwin, who has been selected to represent Yorkshire at the SRL Regional Selection Festival at Hopwood Hall College on 14th July.
This is a fantastic achievement and an exciting opportunity for Josh, as England team players will be selected from this trial.
Josh contributed significantly to the Academy’s recent victory in the Yorkshire Carnegie Champion Colleges Plate final. Despite a number of injuries and a squad of only 14 players to Withernsea’s 20, the lads achieved a 40-26 win at Dudley Hill.
