23rd September 2013 <b>March</b> of the Graduands

Calderdale College’s higher education and professional qualifications graduation ceremony will be held on Saturday 28th September 2013.

The graduation parade through Halifax will take place at 11am and will be led by the Halifax Boys and Girls Brigade Brass Band, the Deputy Mayor of Calderdale, Councillor Lisa Lambert and the Inspire Award winners, followed by this year’s graduates, VIPs and College staff. The parade will start at Halifax Town Hall and finish at Victoria Theatre via Princess Street and Alexandra Street. Members of the public will be able to watch the parade from the any of the above locations.

Over 250 students have graduated from a higher education or professional qualification during the 2012/13 academic year. Graduation is an opportunity to recognise the achievements of Calderdale College’s higher education and professional students and the Inspire Award winners.

We still have places on a wide variety of higher education and professional courses including; education, business, music, performing arts, health care, art & design, health care and accounting. Our degrees are awarded by the University of Huddersfield and Leeds Metropolitan University.

The College is dedicated to ensuring you have all the support and guidance you need throughout your course of study; including specialist higher education study support staff, learning support tutors and careers advisors.
