‘Opposites Attract’ catwalk show and fundraising evening13th May 2011
Hairdressing students based at the Mark Riley Hairdressing Academy in Brighouse will display their creative hair designs on the catwalk at The Brian Jackson Centre, Huddersfield on Monday 16th May.
Level 3 students, assisted by Level 2 students, will host their charity soiree to raise money for those affected by Adult Onset Still’s Disease. Each student will have two models each and will use them to interpret the theme ‘Opposites Attract’.
As well as displaying their artistic talents, the students will be holding a raffle with a selection of prizes on offer. Tickets are £5 and guests may pay on the door. For further information please call 01484 718719.
The Mark Riley Hairdressing Academy in Brighouse is a commercial apprenticeship training facility for 16-24 year olds set up in partnership with Mark Riley Hairdressing. It is for learners who aspire to be leaders in their industry and who have a natural and exceptional flair for hairdressing.
