  • The college will not tolerate behaviour from learners, which may constitute harassment or discrimination. All learners have the right to complain if they feel they have been bullied, treated unfairly or harassed in any way. This will be treated seriously.

    The College welcomes the requirements of the Special Education Needs and Disability Act 2001, Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000, and the Race Regulations 2003, and is responding to this legislation with determination.
