This degree apprenticeship is designed for professional managers in the private, public or third sector and all sizes of organisation. Typical roles within the organisation may include: Manager; Senior Manager; Head of Department; Operations Manager; or anyone with significant management responsibilities.
The programme is ideal for managers who want to fully develop all aspects of their management and leadership skills, knowledge, self-awareness and behaviours. These include strategic decision-making, setting direction and achieving results, building and leading teams, clear communication, developing skills and motivating others, fostering inclusive and ethical cultures, leading change, project management, financial management, innovation, risk management, & developing stakeholder relationships.

Delivery of the programme will be through bi-weekly attendance at college with the alternate week being self-study within the workplace to meet the 20% off-the-job training requirements of the apprenticeship.
