A Warehousing Apprenticeship will provide a real working experience, this qualification provides you with the core knowledge and skills needed to work in a Warehousing and Storage industry.
A Warehousing qualification at Level 2 offers you the chance to develop new skills and gain recognition, allowing you to progress your career in the Warehousing and Logistics industry.
The qualification is assessed in the workplace and offers flexibility in the choice of units to match your job role.
As a Warehousing employee, your role will depend on the needs of the business and your employer.
At Level 2, you may be required to operate specialist machinery, manage stock, process returned good and maintain the safety of hazardous goods and materials.
The work based qualification through the completion of a Diploma and Technical Certificate enables the applicant to gain competence and technical knowledge to give learners the practical, technical skills and sector-related knowledge they need to be able to carry out a job effectively.
Entry Requirements & Interview Process
A discussion will take place between the applicant, the employer and the Training Officer to establish whether the range of work is available to ensure that the apprentice can achieve.
Existing maths and English skill levels will also be assessed .
