Matthew played a crucial role in our Employer Leadership Steering Group and will be joining us to talk about the importance of leadership in today’s workplace\, including its impact on performance\, culture and retention\, and why continued investment in leadership development is so important. \nOur Course Leader\, Ruth Peel\, will then officially launch the new programme. She will cover the programme structure and key features\, the benefits for your organisation\, and lead a short interactive CPD session with practical takeaways that you can apply immediately. \nThe session will conclude with a live Q&A panel featuring Matthew\, Ruth\, apprenticeship employers and former participants.
