The Digital Marketing for Beginners course provides a practical and accessible introduction to the essentials of digital marketing. The course also introduces how artificial intelligence can support marketing tasks, from generating ideas to trend spotting, with guidance on maintaining quality and oversight. By the end of the session, delegates will be able to create a simple marketing plan, apply a practical checklist and measure campaign performance with confidence.

  • Understanding your customer: audience profiling, value propositions, calls to action.
  • Websites as the home base: navigation, landing pages, trust signals, analytics basics.
  • Search engine optimisation explained simply: keywords, on-page basics, local search.
  • Email marketing: list building, subject lines, layouts, compliance.
  • Social media with purpose: choosing platforms, content pillars, posting rhythm, community management.
  • AI in digital marketing: using AI tools for ideas, content, visuals, and analysis responsibly.
  • Measuring what matters: objectives, indicators, reports, turning insight into action
  • Mini workshop: creating a one-page campaign plan with instructor feedback.
