Calderdale College is the largest provider of further education (post-16) courses and work-based learning (Apprenticeships) and the sole provider of higher education courses in Calderdale.

Calderdale College engages around 5,000 learners, our main campus is at Francis Street, Halifax but we also deliver motor vehicle and engineering at our Motivate Centre, Halifax.
Our Motivate Centre is the central hub for Motor Vehicle and Engineering students giving the opportunity to work on real care, while our Brickwork Workshop gives students the ability to work on real projects.
Our £8m Inspire Centre is home to a multi-use sports hall, 3G pitch, rock climbing wall fitness suite, full sized grass pitch and Dance Studio.
For our Catering & Hospitality students, Cuisine 1893 is the perfect place to learn new techniques and work with professional kitchen equipment.
The £1.7 million DigiHub, Creative & Media Studios features Mac Suites, a Green Screen Room, Photography Studio, Cinema & Exhibition Room, Computer Lab and a Recording Studio.
We have three educational sport partners; Halifax RLFC, FC Halifax Town and Bradford Dragons Basketball Club. These partners provide us with coaching and facilities for our Sport Academy students.
