Data Protection

The Data Protection Policy ensures that:

  • All members of staff (authorised data processors) are familiar with their obligations under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998.
  • All data processing carried out by the College complies with the DPA and in linewith the eight data protection principles, the registered purpose groups andthe DPA 1998.
