WHY CHOOSE CALDERDALE?
We offer a wide range of full and part-time courses in addition to work-based learning opportunities. Our history, tradition and expertise is in serving the needs of the local area. We do so by providing learning that helps students move into a career, progress in their existing career or completely change direction!
Our current students chose to study with us because of the range of subjects that we offer, the fun and supportive learning environment and the vocational nature of our courses. Higher award students also like the fact that they can study for a qualification locally.
Calderdale College has recently gone through a multi-million-pound renovation, which has provided its students with the new state-of-the-art learning facilities allowing the college to deliver new courses and meet local skills and employment needs.
The college is currently undergoing another exciting renovation of one of its buildings, transforming it into an innovative Digital and Creative Industries Centre (Digi Hub) for September 2018. This will allow the college to deliver new innovative courses, building on its commitment to embedding the digital agenda at the heart of study programmes, and it will equip students with the skills they need for this fast-changing industry. Find out more about Digi Hub here.
