Fascinated by cars and the intricacies of how they work? Prefer a practical, hands-on career to being stuck behind a desk? Our brand NEW Automotive Centre is the central hub for Motor Vehicle at Calderdale College, giving you the opportunity to work on real cars.
With our specialist Automotive Centre you’ll master vehicle maintenance, tyre fitting and fabrication in a technically advanced working environment.
Students studying at our new Automotive Centre, based at The Printworks on Lightowler Road, Halifax, will have the chance to learn a wide range of skills, such as body work, paint and accident repair, as well as the fundamentals of servicing and maintenance, by working on real vehicles and engines.
