This on-line course will introduce participants to a broad range of remote working, skills tips and techniques, with an additional focus on personal wellbeing and work/life balance enabling them to develop working practices to increase their efficiency and maximise return on time invested for themselves and their employer.
Making the Most of YouAugust - September 202012 Hours (2 week)Online Learning Making the Most of You will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to support them to achieve their potential. Delegates will develop their understanding of key theories of communication, motivation and emotional intelligence.

The course is provided fully funded to anyone aged 18+ within employment (including those that are currently furloughed), who works in *Leeds City Region and earns less than £9.30 ph or below an annual salary of (£19,344). Alternatively for all other participants the cost would be £30 PP

Customer Service - AmbassadorAugust - September 202012 Hours (2 week)Online Learning Customer service is at the heart of many roles in a wide range of organisations. As consumers, we have all experienced customer service and our experiences can be a key factor in our purchasing decisions. The ability to provide outstanding customer service is a real skill which needs nurturing to ensure that the passion for customer service is maintained.
Customer Service - Ambassador
