Students discover opportunities at Refreshers and Futures Fair!
Calderdale College kicked off the new term with a vibrant Refreshers and Futures Fair, re-energising students and encouraging them to think about life after college.
The Sports Hall was buzzing with activity, as the college community took part in insightful, future-focused conversations and interactive games led by course tutors.
Standout moments included eye-catching circus and fire-eating performances outside the Inspire Centre and a motivational talk by Adam Corbally, BBC The Apprentice finalist. The event also featured a lively Wellbeing Zone, offering activities, giveaways and support from more than 30 local organisations.
Students were inspired by college alumni and local athlete, Rob Hawkins, now an England Wheelchair Rugby League player, who shared his journey and achievements in sport.
The event gave students a positive start to the year, encouraging them to aim high and embrace new opportunities.
