Employer Launch – Leadership Excellence Programme

Are your managers ready to become exceptional leaders?

Join us on Thursday 11 June, 9.00am – 12.00pm for the launch of our brand-new Leadership Excellence Programme, a Level 5 Leadership & Management apprenticeship designed to develop confident, high-impact leaders.

Aimed at local employers and business leaders, this engaging morning event will give you practical insight into why investing in leadership has never been more important.

You will hear from Matthew Metcalfe, Head of Recruitment at BES Group. Matthew played a crucial role in our Employer Leadership Steering Group and will be joining us to talk about the importance of leadership in today’s workplace, including its impact on performance, culture and retention, and why continued investment in leadership development is so important.

Our Course Leader, Ruth Peel, will then officially launch the new programme. She will cover the programme structure and key features, the benefits for your organisation, and lead a short interactive CPD session with practical takeaways that you can apply immediately.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A panel featuring Matthew, Ruth, apprenticeship employers and former participants. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions and explore how the programme could work for your business.

There will also be a guest speaker delivering a talk on leadership, with more details to be announced soon.

The arrival is from 9:00am for a 9:30am start.
