Course Overview

City & Guilds Level 3 course

This City and Guilds course enables practicing electrical Engineers to update their knowledge and understand the current requirements of BS:7671. The outcome achieved from this course will be the award of a FULL 18th Edition Certificate.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process

A Level 2 technical certificate in Electrical Installation or 17th Edition. Consideration will be given to ‘hands off’ managers and final year apprentices, subject to interview.

Interview with a specialist tutor. Candidates are required to show enthusiasm and commitment to the course and a level 3 Electrical qualification.

Progression

Suitable candidates may progress to the Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations course.

Assessment Methods

Assessment shall take place via a 60 question online multiple choice examination.

Course Fees

£260 (FCR*) The fee quoted is for guidance only and will be confirmed at enrolment.

Full Cost Recovery Courses do not attract any funding and therefore the full cost of the fees are payable by the student irrespective of their circumstances.
