Course Overview

This Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for individuals looking to develop their ability to support others through structured, purposeful conversations that unlock potential and drive progress.

Whether they are a team leader, manager, HR professional or aspiring coach or mentor, this course provides a practical and insightful foundation for guiding personal and professional development in the workplace.

Through a blend of theory and applied learning, the training will explore the key principles that underpin successful coaching and mentoring relationships, understand the core communication skills required and consider the importance of trust, feedback and confidentiality.

The training will also examine the broader impact of coaching and mentoring – how they can enhance individual performance, improve team dynamics and contribute to organisational success. With 32 guided learning hours, the course offers flexible, accessible learning designed to build confidence and impact.

Course Fees

Eligibility for fully-funded participants

  • Don’t already hold a Level 3 qualification
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification but are unemployed
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification, are employed or self-employed but earn less than £25,750 per annum

Participants must be 19 years or older as of 31 August 2025.

Participants must reside in West Yorkshire.
