Plumbers are always in demand, so there’s reliable, rewarding, and well-paid work if you have the right plumbing qualifications.
This qualification is an introduction to the plumbing industry. It prepares you for progression onto a Level 1 plumbing course, which in turn could lead to progression to a Level 2 plumbing course, employment, or an apprenticeship.
The Plumbing City and Guilds Entry Level 3 course requires you to complete specific units and topics. You will work towards the following units to make up the full qualification:
Introduction to the construction industry
Introduction to health and safety in construction
Removing and refitting water-filled radiators
Working with non-manipulative fittings
As well as the mandatory units above, we will learn other plumbing skills and techniques.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process
There are no formal entry requirements. The learner will have an informal interview with the tutor where they will be assessed to see if their English speaking and reading is suitable for the course.
