AI Workshop for Leaders: Boost Productivity, Innovation and Decision-Making
Live Podcast + CPD Sessions | Free Leadership Event at Calderdale College
How can AI help you become a more productive, effective leader?
At Calderdale College, we are holding a FREE morning of CPD workshops as part of our Xpert Lounge Live podcast event, exploring how AI is transforming leadership, productivity and decision-making in organisations today.
This training is designed for leaders, managers, business owners and professionals who want to better understand how AI can support them in their role and help their teams work smarter.
You’ll hear from leading AI specialists and industry experts, take part in practical CPD sessions and gain insights you can immediately apply to your workplace.
The two CPD workshops will be delivered by:
- Dr Adrian Jarvis, University of Huddersfield and author of ‘AI and the Future of Leadership’
- Jack Leng, Head of Digital Transformation at Calderdale College and Kirsty Ingleson, Head of Digital Innovation and AI at Leeds College of Building
Following the CPD sessions, you’ll be part of the live audience for our Xpert Lounge Live podcast. This is a unique opportunity to hear from industry-leading experts Ben Muncaster, Director of AI and Operations at Northern Accountants, and Ant Morse, Futurist, Author & AI Advisor at Adventa Tech, as they share insights into their roles and explore the evolving impact of AI. Expect an engaging, thought-provoking discussion packed with real-world perspectives and future-focused ideas.
The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A, giving you the chance to put your questions directly to the experts.
Whether you’re curious about AI, already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT and Copilot or thinking about how AI fits into your organisation’s future, this event will give you the knowledge and confidence to use it effectively.
