This session will show you how to really stand out on an applicant list….where everyone has the same qualifications as you.
When you are having an interview for an Apprenticeship, or applying for Higher Education* you’ll find that most of the applicants will have the same level of qualifications as you….so finding ways to stand out is super-important.
*Higher Education = Level 4 qualification or above e.g. HNC/HNC/Honours Degree
You’re going to need a few tricks up your sleeve! We’re going to show you some great ones….and why you need to start working on them NOW!
We will be covering:
- How to use your social media accounts to score GREAT points!
- Developing BRAND YOU!
- QUICK ways to add real value to your CV/Personal Statement
- Industry-specific organisations that can really HELP you make connections
- How to find and then talk with EXPERTS……and get them to really help you.
- Why saying you’re ‘passionate’ about a subject just isn’t enough…you need ACTION!
You will leave with a notepad full of things you can do to make your Higher Education or Apprenticeship application so much more effective.
And just as importantly…..you’ll be developing BRAND YOU!
