Course Overview

The HTQ Community Coaching course is a career-focused qualification designed for learners who want to build the skills and experience needed to work in community sport, physical activity and participation-based roles.

Throughout the course, students develop a strong understanding of coaching practice alongside key areas of sport and exercise science. You’ll explore how the body responds to physical activity through anatomy and physiology, understand how nutrition supports health, wellbeing and performance.
