Our Apprenticeships Offer
We offer a full range of apprenticeship pathways to suit different stages of career development. From Foundation Apprenticeships for those taking their first steps into the world of work, to Intermediate, Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships for those looking to develop specialist skills or upskill in their current role.
Our team works closely with local employers to ensure each programme is tailored to industry needs, and every apprentice is supported from enrolment through to progression.
Whether you’re a school leaver, career changer or business owner, we can help you find the right apprenticeship route.
Why choose an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a practical way to build a career while gaining valuable skills and earning a wage.
Unlike full-time study, you’ll be learning in a real job from day one – with expert guidance, professional experience and a nationally recognised qualification at the end.
Whether you’re starting our or looking for a new direction, apprenticeships offer a direct route into employment, supported by a structured training schedule that fits around your work.
Foundation Apprenticeships
Foundation Apprenticeships are entry-level programmes designed to give young people the best possible start to their careers. These paid roles combine on-the-job experience with structured off-the-job training, providing a valuable introduction to the world of work.
Unlike traditional apprenticeships that focus on a specific job role, Foundation Apprenticeships offer a broader insight into an industry sector. This allows participants to explore different pathways, gain confidence and develop the core skills that employers are looking for.
These programmes are primarily aimed at individuals aged 16-21, with an extended eligibility for those aged up to 24 who meet specific criteria such as having an EHCP or being care-experienced.
