I have over 25 years of practical experience within this industry and have worked in a variety of catering establishments including: hotels, restaurants, hospitals and school meals.
As an enthusiastic and experienced lecturer within Cuisine 1893, I strive to always keep a positive attitude and to inspire my learners to make the most of their opportunities and look to fully prepare them for their future careers in becoming competent chefs in the future.
I have been involved in an active teaching role for over 15 years and feel extremely passionate about my teaching and learning. Recently, I assisted and advised in the design, structure and set up of the state of the art Cuisine 1893.
I take great pride in facilitating my learners to achieve their full potential whilst studying this successful, innovative and thriving College.
