During the course you will learn, practice and perform various advanced treatments to awarding body and industry standards including:
You will be expected to manage your time effectively and work independently which includes, self-directed study and independent learning. Your consultation skills will be fine-tuned to accommodate more intimate procedures.
Working with Salon owners through work placement, and master classes are an essential part of this course.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process
Applicants must possess VRQ/NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent. You will be interviewed where you will be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Applicants will also be asked to complete short written and dexterity assessments.
You will be expected to find a work placement for one separate block week in the industry (salon or spa) during the course.

This qualification is a very current qualification that makes you industry ready and very employable.

Assessment Methods
Assessments are completed throughout the course with a final practical and written exam for each unit studied, oral questioning, written assessment and assignments all of which builds up into a portfolio of evidence.
Course Fees
This course is free for students aged 16-18.
Students 19+ no remissions on fees available on this course, an Advanced Learning Loan is available.
