Participants will focus on developing their relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
The following areas will be covered:
– Understanding of the concept of self-awareness
– Understanding of Emotional Intelligence and its role in the workplace
– Developing an effective personal brand
Teaching
Online, independent learning, with an introduction and support from the course facilitator.
Entry Requirements & Interview Process
Participants must be contracted to work from an eligible company address or live within the LCR. Participants must also be:
- 18 years or older
- Employed/Self-employed
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Not currently undertaking an apprenticeship
