NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship

A Customer Service Apprenticeship will provide a real working experience in a large variety of industries, enabling you to learn the ins and out of the job whilst training.

The Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship is designed for learners in customer service roles such as:

•Customer Service Specialist
•Customer Service Team Leader
•Customer Service Executive

The apprentices’ journey begins with a period of learning, development and continuous assessment which covers the full range of knowledge, skills and behaviours required within the customer service environment.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process

Apprentices without English or Maths at Level 2 must achieve this prior to the end point assessment process.

Progression

The customer service specialist role may be a gateway to progression into a higher level leadership and management role, or a level 4 administrator apprenticeship

Through assessor guidance and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
