NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship
A Customer Service Apprenticeship will provide a real working experience in a large variety of industries, enabling you to learn the ins and out of the job whilst training.
Upon completion of the qualification, not only will you be fully qualified, but you will also have the valuable knowledge and experience for this role.
Apprentices will be employed in a customer service role and can choose to study the qualification in the workplace or attend College one afternoon per week to gain the underpinning skills and knowledge required to deliver effective customer service.
The work-based qualification combines competence and technical knowledge to give learners the practical competencies, technical skills and sector-related knowledge they need to be able to carry out the job effectively.
The Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service is for learners who work in, or who want to work in Customer Service roles such as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Operator, Call Centre Advisor, Help Desk Operative and Service Agent.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process
All applicants will be interviewed and assessed for suitability by a Training Officer.
Applicants will be expected to be in relevant employment with the support of an employer who can offer work that supports Diploma completion.
Applicants who do not have an employer will be given employment seeking assistance from our Communication Skills Academy.
Level 2 Applicants are required to hold a GCSE Grade E or grade 2 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) or be prepared to work towards Maths and English Level 1 Functional Skills.
Progression
Upon completion of a Level 2 Apprenticeship learners may have the opportunity to progress on to a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
Assessment Methods
Through assessor guidance and the completion of a portfolio of evidence.
