Course Overview

The Technical Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care has been created by industry experts working alongside employers & universities to ensure the content reflects current practice. It has been designed to help you get into university or advance your career in a range of sector areas including: Care Support in Adult Residential Settings, Healthcare Assistants in the Community, Primary Care and Acute Health Environments, Care Support Workers in Domiciliary Services, Supported Living or Day and Community Based workers. You will complete 75 hours placement in a Health and Social Care setting as part of your qualification to provide opportunities to apply learning. This alongside the teaching you will receive, provides a strong foundation in Health and Social Care, enabling you to develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in further studies or in the work place.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process

Recommended prior study at Level 2 including GCSE/Functional Skills in Maths and English. All applications will he considered on an individual basis at interview.
