Course Overview

The Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Leadership & Management are vocationally-focused higher education qualifications designed to equip students with the knowledge, understanding and skills essential for managing and leading teams in contemporary business environments.

These qualifications provide students with a strong foundation in core leadership and management principles while offering opportunities to develop specialist knowledge in areas such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, project management, and business decision-making.

The programme is aimed at individuals seeking to enhance their career opportunities in supervisory or managerial roles across a broad range of industries, including business services, retail, logistics, healthcare, and the public sector. It is equally suitable for those currently employed in leadership roles wishing to formalise their skills with a recognised qualification, as well as for aspiring managers and entrepreneurs.
