This course is for you if you are in a leadership and management role as a senior supervisor, department head, regional manager or at a senior level in an organisation.
Designed to consolidate your current knowledge and skills, enable you to identify and develop your own leadership and management style, and to develop your capabilities and reputation as a successful innovative business leader within your organisation, this nationally recognised qualification will develop and strengthen your position in the world of management today.
If you are in a leadership and management role as a senior manager, director, head, national account/team manager, or at a strategic level in an organisation, project management or change role then this qualification is for you.
The programme is made up of a series of units that focus on an aspect of Leadership and Management to support your progress towards a senior role.
When you have successfully achieved your qualification, you will be able to join the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the UK’s leading management education body renowned for combining industry leading qualifications and as well as specialist member services as a qualified manager.

Entry Requirements & Interview Process
There are no specific entry requirements for this course. However participants’ job role must be suitable to the level of this qualification to enable partcipants to demonstrate their skills and experience. Pre-course discussion with Course Facilitator is advised.
Progression
On successful completion of this programme you may wish to consider a degree or masters level qualification.
Assessment Methods
Each unit has a work based project to complete.
This will include the use of work based evidence and assignment report, and on occasion work based projects.
