Welcome to the Personal and Social Development course, exclusively designed for individuals aged 16-24 with an Education, Health, and Care Plan. Our course focuses on nurturing confident individuals who are physically, emotionally, and socially healthy, while also instilling a sense of responsibility as active and positive contributors to society. Through this course, we aim to help you manage risks and prioritise your overall well-being. Additionally, we provide opportunities to explore new activities and personal challenges, allowing for personal growth and development. 

Boost Your Confidence: Our PSD course is dedicated to enhancing your confidence and self-belief. We want to empower you to become an individual who is comfortable in their own skin and ready to face any challenge. 

Responsible Citizenship: Discover the importance of being a responsible citizen and making positive contributions to society. Embrace change and become an active participant in shaping a better future. 

Well-being and Risk Management: Learn essential skills for managing risks while prioritising your overall well-being. We provide guidance on navigating challenges and making informed decisions that safeguard your physical, emotional, and social health. 

New Activities and Personal Challenges: Expand your horizons by engaging in new activities and personal challenges. This course encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, embrace new experiences, and discover your hidden talents and passions. 

Functional Skills Maths and English: 

Alongside the Personal and Social Development content, our course also emphasises the importance of Functional Skills in maths and English. These fundamental subjects are integrated throughout the curriculum, helping you build essential numeracy and literacy skills that are vital for your personal and professional growth.
