Multiply
Multiply is a fully funded government programme to support individuals across West Yorkshire, offering math courses for adults to develop their numeracy skills.
Calderdale College is working with employers across the region to support employees with free access to numeracy training, to help them work towards a Level 2 qualification.
Multiply can support individuals seeking to improve their maths knowledge, to support career development, increasing skills to help their children with homework and help manage household budgets and bills.
Multiply Business Training aims to develop numeracy skills to boost productivity, increase profits and improve employee retention.
We can support you by assessing the skill level of your workforce and creating bespoke maths classes for adults, for your business needs, to address specific mathematics skill gaps in the workplace.
Adults can receive free training through Multiply to improve skills and boost confidence when using numbers in everyday life. These adult maths courses are bespoke to fit around employer and individual needs, varying in duration from short to longer, depending on skill requirements.
If numeracy training isn’t right for you, you can support your colleagues by becoming a Multiply Numeracy Champion. Champions are enthusiastic about maths training and development, and will offer support to colleagues by signposting them to programmes so they can progress to a Level 2 numeracy qualification.
Multiply Numeracy Champions are fully trained through a bespoke programme unique to your business and will gain skills such as buddy support, information advice and guidance, administering skills scans and more.
